Points to be noted for Private/Govt Ferries.
- Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the availability of ferry services. In the event that the ferry does not sail due to adverse weather conditions, cyclones, or technical issues, we will not be held responsible. Most hotels do not cancel bookings or provide credit notes under such circumstances. In such cases, alternate accommodations will be arranged, and the additional nights will be charged directly to the guest.
- Our package includes booking the base category of ferry tickets only. The mentioned charges are applicable for the base category. If the base category is not available, we will make every effort to book seats in the next higher category. The price difference for the higher category must be paid by the guest or their travel partners.
General Terms & Conditions
- Please note that all ferry tickets are non-changeable and non-transferable.
- There will be no refunds provided for any disruptions to ferry services or weather conditions that occur before or during travel, as well as for sightseeing.
- Refunds will not be issued if a flight is rescheduled or cancelled by the airline.
- In the event of unused nights, early check-outs, missed meals, or unused transport services during travel, no refunds will be given.
- There will be no refunds or amendments for any services during the high peak season dates from December 1st to January 20th.
- Please be aware that any changes in the tax structure after confirmation will be applicable.
- In case of a no-show due to changes in flight timings, ferry schedules, weather conditions, or natural calamities, 100% retention charges will be applied.
- Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable.
Payment Policy
- To confirm your booking, a payment of 50% is required except Taj/ITC/Seashell/CoralReef. The remaining balance must be settled 20 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days of check in 10 % retention will be charged from the total amount and remaining amount will be adjusted in the future booking (Except Seshell/Taj/Welcome Itc/Silver sand/Coral Reef/It will be applicable as per the Hotel policy….
- Between 29-20 days of check in 50% retention will be charged from the total billing amount and remaining amount will be adjusted in the future booking
- Less than 20 days of check in 100 % retention will be charged
- Note :
- ·No refunds will be made for unused nights/ early check out due to change in flight timings/ ferry schedule/ weather conditions or natural calamity.
- ·100% retention will be charged in case of no show due to change in flight timings/ Flight Cancelled/ferry schedule/ weather conditions or natural calamity.
- ·Bookings will be non refundable for the reservations made for festive seasons, long weekends, Christmas till New Year weekend (from 15 Dec- 15 Jan).

Included and Excluded
- Daily meals will be provided based on a set menu or buffet, as specified in the meal plan (except for breakfast on the day of arrival).
- Entry tickets to all the sightseeing places mentioned in the itinerary are directly paid by the guest.
- Transfers in Port Blair/Havelock/Neil/Rangat Island/Diglipur will be conducted by air- conditioned vehicles on a point-to-point basis
- Ferry tickets are included.
- All Inter-Island transfers by Private ferry. Due to unavailability of seats or for any other reason if we are not able to book private ferry, then Government ferry tickets will be given which is also subject to availability.
- Only AC Xylos / Ertiga/similar vehicles will be provided in Havelock and Neil as there is a shortage of Tempo Travellers.
- A vehicle will NOT be available for your disposal in Port Blair, Havelock, Neil, Baratang, and Rangat Island
- The following expenses are not included: personal expenses, room service, special orders, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Any extra excursions or sightseeing activities not mentioned in the provided tour itinerary are not covered.
- Guide charges, porter charges, and camera tickets are not included in the mentioned cost of sightseeing and transfers.
- Other meals not mentioned, laundry, telephone calls, and incidentals are not included.
- Any additional charges resulting from natural calamities, political disturbances, VIP movements, etc., are not covered.
- Mandatory meal supplements on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and February 14th are not included unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

Itinerary
Cellular Jail, Light & Sound Show. Stay at Port Blair. Welcome to Amazing Andamans You will be picked up at the Veer Savarkar International Airport by our executive and transferred to your hotel. After Lunch, we will visit the Cellular Jail which is a National Memorial and later witness Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail in the voice of Late. Shri Om Puri. Evening return to Hotel. Stay at Port Blair. Note : 1) Guests will be dropped at the parking area near the jail and they have to walk around 200 metres to the Jail and return to the parking area after completion of the L S show. 2) Guests can spend the free time between Jail tour and LS show at the Veer Savarkar Park right across the street from Cellular Jail. And must wait for LS show which usually takes place between 18:00 to 19:00 hrs subject to availability.
Radhanagar Beach visit and stay at Havelock. Today we travel from Port Blair to Havelock by Pvt/Govt ferry (subject to schedule and availability). If you have a morning ferry collect a packed breakfast from the hotel and you will be taken to the Ferry terminal. Journey time from Port Blair to Havelock is 1.5 to 2 hrs. On arrival at Havelock, our representative will transfer you to your resort in Havelock. After lunch, we proceed to Radhanagar, arguably the best beach in India and the highlight of our Havelock trip! Enjoy swimming in the crystal clear waters at this amazing white sand beach. Back to your resort by evening. Note: There are NO watersports activities at Radhanagar Beach. Stay at Havelock.
In the morning we will proceed to Elephant beach by speedboat. Elephant beach is famous for the range of water activities it offers. You can enjoy Snorkeling, Seawalk (only center in India), Parasailing, Banana boat ride, Glass bottom boats etc. Note : Scuba diving is not available at Elephant Beach and activities charges directly paid by the guest. You can enjoy scuba diving in Havelock town. Rest of the day at leisure. You can hire a scooter and paint this small town red. You can enjoy activities like Night Kayaking and Scuba diving in Havelock. Return to hotel, stay at Havelock.
Today we travel from Havelock to Neil by ferry. If you have an early morning ferry, collect packed breakfast from the hotel and you will be taken to the ferry terminal. Journey time from havelock to Neil is around 1 hour. On arrival at Neil, our representative will transfer you to your resort in Neil. Neil is a small town with a population of around 4000 people. Apparently less crowded than havelock, if you live in a metro city - you will enjoy the peace at this place. Today we will visit Laxmanpur (I) beach which has an amazing sunset view. Enjoy your evening on the beach. Bharatpur beach is preferred destination for water-sports like Jet ski, Scuba Diving, Banana boat ride, Glass bottom boat ride etc - activities charges directly paid by the guest. Natural Bridge is has been an attraction for tourists in Neil which has two living natural corals formed just like a bridge.Back to hotel and stay at Neil Island.Note : The schedule of beach visits during your stays at Neil Island will be co-ordinated by our ground team taking into consideration High Tide and Low Tide at the beaches.
Today you will board a ferry from Neil Island to Portblair. On arrival pick up from the ferry terminal and transfer to your hotel in Port Blair. Later visit Corbyn's cove beach. Stay at Port Blair.
Today you will be taken to the Port Blair airport for your flight back home as we bid adieu to you. Don't forget to fill out the feedback form and hand it over to our representative. Cheerio, until next time!
