Booking and Payment:

• Booking Confirmation:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Pacific Tours and Travels. A booking is considered confirmed once full payment or a specified deposit is received.

• Payment Methods:

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website. Payment must be made in the currency specified in the booking.

• Price Changes:

Prices for tours, packages, and services are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Once booked and paid for, the price of a tour or package will not change unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Cancellations and Changes:

• Cancellation by Customer:

Cancellation policies apply as specified in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Customers must notify Pacific Tours and Travels in writing of any cancellations.

• Cancellation by Pacific Tours and Travels:

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour or package due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.

• Changes by Customer:

Changes to bookings may be possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Changes requested within [number of days or hours] of the scheduled departure may not be possible or may incur penalties.

Travel Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Travel Documents:

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents. Pacific Tours and Travels is not liable for any consequences due to insufficient or improper travel documents.

• Health and Safety:

Customers are responsible for their health and fitness levels required for the tour or activity booked. Pacific Tours and Travels reserves the right to deny participation to any customer deemed unfit for the tour/activity.

Liability:

• Limitation of Liability:

Pacific Tours and Travels acts only as a booking agent for third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transportation companies, etc.). We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by these third-party suppliers or by events beyond our control.

• Indemnification:

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific Tours and Travels, its employees, and agents from any claims arising from their participation in tours or activities.
